Instagram access
Instagram Professional access not confirmed — content fulfillment stays blocked until status is received_access (or n_a).
Connect Instagram (S7): Professional account linked via Facebook Login for Business.
Until then, fallback: Meta Business Suite shared access / partner invite, then set status to received_access.
Google Ads access
Google Ads is not ready to build — account, billing invite, card, and verification must clear before status is ready_to_build (or n_a). Smart number on Overview is optional for create-account / create-campaign.
